Built-in apps
Eekaam includes a set of apps made for selling in Pakistan. They run inside your admin, are maintained by Eekaam, and cost nothing to install. Find them under Apps, and open an installed one from the same place.
Three are installed on every new store: Product Reviews, Bundles & Offers and Email popups. Install the others when you need them.

A typical cash-on-delivery setup
The apps are built to work together:
- Shoppers order from the COD order form, with Bundles & Offers deals applied.
- WhatsApp order confirmation asks each customer to confirm.
- Flow books confirmed orders with Courier integration.
- The customer gets a WhatsApp shipping update with the tracking number.
- When a parcel is refused, Flow tags the customer, so you spot them next time they order.
Costs
The apps themselves are free. Two things can cost money:
- WhatsApp order confirmation on Eekaam's number uses credits. With your own WhatsApp number or your Twilio account, Meta or Twilio bills you directly instead.
- Flow workflows can be built on any plan, but turning them on needs Professional or Enterprise.

Uninstalling
Uninstall from the app's page in Apps. An uninstalled app stops working on your store at once. Your orders, customers and products are untouched. See The app store for apps made by other developers.
