Plans and pricing

Eekaam has four paid plans, all billed in Pakistani rupees. This fee covers the platform only. Payments from shoppers go straight to your own payment provider, so Eekaam takes no cut of your sales.

Settings → Plan shows your current plan, and Choose plan opens the plan picker.

Your free trial

Every new store gets a 14-day trial, which starts when the store is created. Reminder emails arrive a week before the trial ends, three days before, and on the final day.

During signup you pick a plan; Eekaam preselects one based on how many products you said you have. You can change plans any time from Settings → Plan.

Introductory price. If you have never paid for a plan, the picker may show a struck-through price. That means your first month is PKR 280, and the full monthly price applies from the second month. The offer applies to monthly billing only. If no offer is shown, checkout includes a 14-day free trial instead.

If your trial ends without a plan

Your store moves to the Free plan. The storefront stays online, but that plan allows 20 active products and 5 active discount codes, so Eekaam:

  • sets products beyond the first 20 to Draft, which hides them from shoppers
  • deactivates discount codes beyond the first 5

Nothing is deleted. Choose a paid plan, then set the products back to Active and switch the discounts back on.

Products are not reactivated automatically when you upgrade. Check Products for drafts after choosing a plan.

Changing plan

Settings → Plan → Choose plan, pick the plan and billing interval, and confirm. Upgrades and downgrades both apply to your subscription straight away, and the store owner receives an email confirming the change.

Only the store owner or an admin can subscribe, change, cancel or resume a plan.

Cancelling

Settings → Plan → Cancel plan, or Cancel trial while you are still trialling. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and the page shows the date it ends. Until then, Resume undoes the cancellation.

Once the period ends, the store moves to the Free plan, with the same product and discount limits described above.

Payment method, invoices and failed payments

Manage billing, at the bottom of the plan card, opens the billing portal. That is where you update your card and download invoices.

If a renewal payment fails, your store stays open while the charge is retried, and you get emails as the payment stays overdue:

Days overdueWhat happens
0Reminder email
4Warning email
8Store suspended: shoppers see a "Store Temporarily Unavailable" page

A successful payment makes the store active again.

App subscriptions

Paid apps bill separately from your plan. They are listed under Subscriptions on Settings → Plan, each with its own renewal date and a Cancel button. See the app store.
